Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Thiocolchicoside Tablets come with the brand name “KEDAC TP-S” and is a combination medicine used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, muscle pain, and bone and joint pain. Pain is a symptom triggered by the nervous system, causing uncomfortable sensations in the body. Muscle spasm is the sudden, involuntary contraction of a muscle, which can be painful and uncomfortable. Arthritis is tenderness and swelling in the joints.
Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Thiocolchicoside Tablets contain Thiocolchicoside (muscle relaxant), Aceclofenac (NSAID), and Paracetamol (Analgesic). Thiocolchicoside exerts an action on the spinal cord and brain centres. This helps in relieving the spasticity of muscles as well as in facilitating the movements of muscles. Aceclofenac and Paracetamol have an action of inhibiting chemical mediators of pain and inflammation. It, in totality, provides relief from pain due to muscle spasm.
